Quality Assurance Head

Job Purpose :
To independently provide quality assurance in CREM (Corporate Real Estate Management) division to all process, product and services provided by Corporate Real Estate Management in order to ensure quality services, improve control function, fostering the good corporate governance, ensuring legal compliance and reduce/mitigating potential risk in relation with the function of Corporate Real Estate Management in Bank Danamon.

Job Responsibility :
Determine Quality Assurance Strategy, including program concept and policy-procedure
Develops and coordinates the implementation of Quality Assurance strategies aligned with TSMG’s (Transaction Service Management Group) strategy
To independently monitor and advise on the performance of the quality management system and procedures data and report on performance, measuring against set indicators, including the CREM projects delivery
To liaise with other Line of Business in Danamon to ensure that the QA system is functioning properly
To decide on changes and implementation and provides training, tools and technique to enable others to achieve quality
Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the CREM organization
Independently asses the product/service specification of the company and its suppliers that was selected by other units in CREM
Working with purchasing unit to establish quality requirement from external suppliers
Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation, and good corporate governance and practices
Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if necessary
Independently review the work done by other units in CREM, in carrying out tests, calculation and check to project related (all based on project value)
Approving technical and management system reports in quality assurance area within CREM
Liaising with customers’ auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers’ specifications
Establishing standards of service for customers or client
Compliance – QA Project completion in compliance with local regulations
Monitoring and Follow Up – Monitor progress of Commercial QA projects and provide any follow up to ensure all defects or outstanding handover issues have been addressed
Job Specification :

Educational Background :

S1/S2 in engineering degree or property related degree or industrial engineering degree

Experience/ Knowledge :

10-12 years experience, minimum 3 years experience in ISO activities and 4 years experience in property related industry.

Understanding ISO 9001 Quality Management
Managed or have been involved an ISO 9001 company
Know and understand the basic system such as document control and corrective action
Know and understand also able to create/update the quality manual
Know and understand the Statistical Process Control (SPC)
Able to conduct an internal division quality audits on a regular basis

Cakupan Pekerjaan:

Tanggung Jawab

* Saudara akan mengikuti program pendidikan yang komprehensif di dalam program Bimbingan Profesi Sarjana, dimana akan terdapat kombinasi pendidikan dalam kelas dan OJT (Program Magang). Program BPS dibentuk untuk menyediakan para kandidat yang potensial untuk menjadi pimpinan di masa depan dengan mempersiapkan ilmu pengetahuan dan pelatihan langsung terkait dengan proses bisnis utama perusahaan.
* Mempelajari dinamika kegiatan proses bisnis perusahaan secara menyeluruh, melakukan observasi dan analisa terhadap kondisi lapangan.
* Melakukan improvement terhadap proses dan pengembangan tools yang dapat mempercepat dan mengefektifkan proses bisnis.

Persyaratan

Tanggung Jawab

* Menyiapkan perhitungan biaya pengeboran dan aktifitas workover (AFE), perencanaan sumur minyak dan prosedur untuk operasi pengeboran PHE ONWJ untuk memastikan diterapkannya sumber daya dan pelaksanaan terbaik yang tersedia, dengan memperhatikan keselamatan, dampak lingkungan, peraturan pemerintah dan efisiensi operasional keseluruhan.
* Mengkomunikasikan dan menerapkan kebijakan dan sasaran keselamatan kerja dan lingkungan.
* Memastikan pendekatan konsisten terhadap keselamatan kerja dan manajemen serta standar lingkungan.
* Well planning – mengumpulkan data offset, mempelajari, mengevaluasi dan menggunakan data untuk menentukan sumur minyak offset terbaik pada setiap pengeboran sumur.
* Mendesain well plan & prosedur untuk drilling, completion & workover (AFE) di ONWJ menggunakan offset well. Generate paket biaya sumur dan AFE dengan menggunakan cristal ball tool untuk memperbaiki biaya probabilistis yang ada.
* Menyiapkan dan mengkoordinasikan rapat SIMOP sebelum pemindahan rig ke lokasi baru.
* Menyiapkan dan melaksanakan rapat Pre-spud di kantor dan di lokasi rig.
* Memberikan rekomendasi tehnik pengeboran untuk sumur dimana sedang dilakukan pengeboran dan mendukung operasional pengeboran.
* Material & pelayanan – memonitor inventaris persediaan, spesifikasi, jadwal pengiriman, dan daftar permintaan barang.
* Menyiapkan spesifikasi teknis barang dan mengevaluasi penawaran serta memberikan evaluasi & rekomendasi secara teknikal.
* Membuat dan menyiapkan review Post Mortem & Well, monitoring biaya dan AFE closing.

Persyaratan

* Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik terutama Teknik Perminyakan.
* Memiliki pengalaman minimal 12 tahun di bidang drilling dan completion.
* Memiliki pengetahuan HSE dan kemampuan dalam safety leadership.

Tanggung Jawab

* Memastikan operasional pengeboran dilaksanakan sesuai dengan lisensi PHE ONWJ dalam beroperasi, antara lain mematuhi undang-undang pemerintah, AMDAL/UKL/UPL dan kebijakan operasi pengeboran PHE ONWJ.
* Mendukung operasional pengeboran agar dilaksanakan sesuai dengan program dan pekerjaan pengeboran yang terkait.
* Menyiapkan seluruh material, peralatan dan personil yang diperlukan untuk melaksanakan operasional yang efektif dalam hal waktu dan biaya, antara lain melakukan casing running, cementing, completions running, pemindahan rig dan sebagainya.
* Memastikan seluruh pekerjaan dijalankan sesuai dengan kontrak.
* Memastikan agar perencanaan pemindahan rig dari dan ke lokasi disusun dan disetujui. Jika diperlukan, memastikan agar pemindahan rig dilaksanakan sesuai dengan prosedur SIMOPS yang relevan.
* Memberikan laporan untuk operasi khusus jika diperlukan atau diminta, contohnya pipa macet, lesson learned, near misses dan sebagainya.

Persyaratan

* Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik terutama Teknik Perminyakan.
* Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang drilling dan completion.
* Memiliki pengetahuan HSE dan AMDAL/UKL/UPL.
